Work that starts at the level of the system—not just behavior
Most training focuses on what the dog is doing.
This work focuses on what’s driving it.
Whether you're dealing with reactivity, overwhelm, or something that just isn’t making sense, we start by understanding how stress is building, where it’s getting stuck, and how to help it resolve.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a focused look at what’s actually happening beneath the behavior.
We map how your dog is taking in information, where stress is building, and where that process is getting stuck. From there, we identify patterns, clarify what’s driving the behavior, and outline a clear starting point.
This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about understanding the system so your next steps actually make sense.
Follow-Up Session
Follow-up sessions focus on applying and refining the work over time.
We build consistency by improving timing, adjusting how pressure is introduced, and helping your dog move through stress in a way that can actually resolve. As patterns become clearer, we shape responses that are more stable and repeatable across real-life situations.
The goal is not just progress in-session, but change that holds outside of it.
Human Regulation Coaching
This work uses dog training as a real-time model for understanding your own responses under pressure.
We look at how stress builds, how it affects your timing and decision-making, and how to adjust in the moment without overcorrecting or shutting down. The focus is on developing clarity, awareness, and the ability to respond effectively—even when things aren’t going as planned.
These skills extend beyond training, shaping how you navigate stress more broadly.
A dog who looks calm isn’t always feeling calm—and that difference changes everything.
